Sandy and Peter Welcome You
An exceptional level of hospitality and quality accommodation is assured at this Five Star, Gold Award (2004-2015) Bed & Breakfast, with your hosts Sandy and Peter Hobbs providing thoughtful luxury touches at every turn - fresh flowers, toiletries, chocolates, soft towels and bathrobes in the sumptuous en suite bedrooms.
Nestled in the heart of a peaceful conservation area, just outside Sandwich, Solley Farm House overlooks a tranquil village duck pond and an ancient church with Norman origins. This picturesque setting is the perfect base for a relaxing short break on the East Kent coast.
The 18th Century farmhouse is full of character with beamed ceilings and inglenook fireplaces. It was once one of the area's principal farms. The surrounding thatched barns are long gone but the property retains a large mature garden with gravelled drives to the front and rear, the latter providing secure car parking for guests.
Guests are welcome to use the charming walled patio area to enjoy afternoon tea upon arrival and a delicious award-winning breakfast is served in the attractive dining room anytime between 7am and 9am - all fresh organic produce and cooked to order.
